Daily progress reports

The official daily record - weather filled in for you, signed and printable.

Web: Project Operations → Daily Progress Reports Phone: Create → Daily Progress Report Every plan

What it is

The Daily Progress Report (DPR) records one day on one project: weather (auto-filled for the site), equipment and hours, workforce by trade, materials delivered, completed works, notes, photos and your signature. Days with no work are logged as non-working days with a reason.

Why you'll love it

  • Clone yesterday's report and only change what is new - done in two minutes.
  • Feeds the workforce charts and delay evidence (bad-weather days).
  • Prints on your letterhead with a “day at a glance” summary.
